Minute Ready-to-Serve Rice {a recipe}

Tonight I made a meal that was so quick and easy, thanks to Minute Ready-to-Serve Rice.

My family's favorite meal, hands down, is teryaki chicken over rice with a side of steamed broccoli. Each time I make it they all come back for seconds.

It isn't a hard meal to make. The most time consuming part is always the rice. Now that I've discovered Minute Ready-to-Serve Rice this favorite dinner will be on the table so much quicker!

Here's what you'll need to make your own easy-peesy dinner...

I picked up one Jasmine Rice and one Chicken Flavored Rice. {we only tried the Jasmine tonight}

First, dice your uncooked chicken into bite size pieces. Then, add it to a skillet over medium-high heat. To that I add about 1/4 cup of teryaki sauce and cook until chicken is brown and juices are gone. That's it!

While the chicken is cooking you can pop your steam-in-a-bag broccoli into the microwave. When that is finished you can microwave your Minute Ready-to-Serve rice.

Within 15-20 minutes you can have dinner on the table!
