Stars and Stripes {Fashion Inspiration for Memorial Day}

I have a new way to waste time on the internets use my time wisely and bring you fashion inspiration by way of Polyvore. I learned of this site a while back but, I've only recently started creating the ever-popular "collage-like" sets of my own. I love that you can search thousands of tops, accessories, skirts, bags, and more to pull together a "look" that stands out!

My first one was inspired by the upcoming Memorial Day. It's no secret that I love my country. I'm thankful for my Army Veteran and his fellow comrades. I'm most thankful for the men and women who have laid down their lives for our freedom. May we never forget.

One more. Word on the streets is that Memorial Day is the official start day to wear White. So, Wear It White was created!

The fun part about Polyvore is that you can see where each item is available for purchase {and the cost before you go to the store}. It's kind of like a virtual shopping assistant...only YOU choose the outfit and see the pieces come together on one board!
