LOU -- A New Pixar Short

LOU -- read details at jonahbonah.com

This is exciting, friends. I'm a huge fan of Pixar Shorts. You know, the short, animated films, played at the beginning of new Disney/Pixar movies. The most recent favorite of mine is, Lava. Remember, the lonely, singing volcano, who finds true love when the tides change, I think that's how the girl volcano comes about. Either way, super cute! "I lava you." Remember?

Pixar is at it again. I had the honor and pleasure of meeting Dave Mullins, writer and director of LOU, at the 2017 Disney Social Media Moms Celebration. He worked day and night to create ideas that would catch the eye of Pixar. Once the original idea of LOU came to fruition, it was in and out of production. Once finished, he graciously let us have a first look at the Short in full. Dedicated to his dad, you're going to want to see LOU! I'm gonna warn you, it's a bit of a tear jerker.

Coming soon. Check it out!

LOU

When a toy stealing bully ruins recess for a playground full of kids, only one thing stands in his way: the “Lost and Found” box.

From Pixar Animation Studios, director Dave Mullins and producer Dana Murray, “Lou” opens in theaters on June 16, 2017, in front of “Cars 3.”
